Rental Package 

 

Designed for owners who regularly rent their units. Potential daily tub use.

 

  • 3 visits per week 

  • Chemical testing

  • Check Ph, alkalinity and calcium levels

  • Refill bromine dispenser

  • Check basket for loose debris

  • Check filter/ clean or replace if needed 

  • Check water level/fill

  • Check water circulation

  • Ensure all jets are functioning

  • Remove snow from cover

  • Clean cover 

Maintenance Package 

 

Designed for when your hot tub is not in use. Off season.

 

  • 2 vists a month

  • Chemical testing

  • Check Ph, alkalinity and calcium levels 

  • Check bromine

  • Check water level 

  • Ensure all jets functioning

  • Ensure temperature is lowered

  • Remove snow off cover if necessary.

  • Clean cover
